What Doesn't Get Synced
- •Contact updates (one-way sync only - Base44 → Website Builder)
- •Existing contacts (only new contacts after activation)
- •Internal admin chats (filtered by default)
- •Spam-flagged leads (filtered by default)
- •Messages shorter than your minimum length setting
Sync Frequency
Real-time
Contacts are synced immediately when created in Base44. If the sync fails, it will automatically retry with exponential backoff (up to 5 attempts).
Rate Limits
60 syncs per minute per business
1,000 syncs per day per business
Retry Logic
Max 5 retry attempts
Exponential backoff (1s → 32s)
How to Disable
To stop syncing contacts:
- 1.Go to Business Dashboard → Settings → Integrations
- 2.Find "Socially Versed Website Builder"
- 3.Toggle "Enable Sync" to OFF or click "Disconnect"
Disconnecting will revoke consent and stop all future syncs. Your existing synced contacts in Website Builder will remain unchanged.

Encrypted API Keys
Your API key is encrypted and never exposed client-side

All consent grants/revokes are logged with timestamp, IP, and user ID

All data is cleaned to remove HTML, scripts, and excessive length
